
For organizations with a signed enterprise agreement or master services agreement, those terms prevail over these online terms in case of conflict.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the WE employee experience platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these terms. If you accept them on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind it.
If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Service.
2. Who may use the Service
The Service is designed for business use. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account. It is intended for organizations and their authorized employees, contractors and agents.
3. Description of the Service
WE provides an employee experience platform built around four modules:
Pulse
Real-time communication, news, notifications and mood tracking.
Engagement
Recognition, surveys, feedback and gamification.
Community
Events, directory, quick actions and issue reporting.
My Space
Personal dashboard, bookings, wellness and partner perks.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
Copy, distribute or disclose any part of the Service by any means, including scraping
Use automated systems that send more requests than a human could reasonably produce
Interfere with or compromise the integrity or security of the Service
Upload invalid data, viruses or other malicious software
5. Customer content and data
We do not claim ownership of your content. You or your organization retain all rights to your data. You grant WE a limited license to host and process that data solely to provide the Service.
Your data is isolated and is never shared with other customers.
6. Intellectual property
The Service and its original content, excluding customer content, remain the exclusive property of WE and its licensors. Our trademarks may not be used without prior written consent.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenue.
In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the amounts paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
