1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the WE Employee Experience Platform (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into these terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these terms.

If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Service. We recommend that you print or save a copy of these terms for your records.

2. Who May Use the Services

The Service is designed strictly for business-to-business (B2B) use. You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account. The Service is intended for use by professional organizations and their authorized employees, contractors, and agents.

3. Description of Services

WE provides an integrated employee experience platform consisting of several core modules:

Pulse Analytics

Real-time engagement surveying and sentiment analysis tools.

Culture Hub

Centralized recognition and internal communication framework.

Growth Engine

Performance tracking, OKR management, and career pathing.

Admin Suite

Enterprise-grade security, SSO, and user management controls.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

Copying, distributing, or disclosing any part of the Service in any medium, including by any automated or non-automated "scraping".

Using any automated system to access the Service in a manner that sends more request messages to our servers than a human can reasonably produce.

Attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers.

Uploading invalid data, viruses, worms, or other software agents through the Service.

5. Customer Content and Data

We do not claim ownership of the content you provide. You or your organization own all right, title, and interest in and to your data. However, by using the Service, you grant WE a worldwide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to host and use your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

WE maintains strict data isolation. Your data is never shared with other customers, even in an anonymized format, unless explicitly authorized for industry benchmarking purposes.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding Customer Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of WE and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of WE.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
